This policy does not replace legally binding service agreements signed between Saptabit and its clients. Saptabit reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund Policy - the basics

At Saptabit, we focus on delivering customized software, IT, and automation solutions. Because most of our services involve tailored development and dedicated resources, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Clients may request project cancellation through written communication. Refund eligibility depends on the progress of the project and resources already utilized. Once development work has started, partial refunds may be provided only for the uncompleted portion of the project. Completed milestones and delivered work are non-refundable.

For subscription or ongoing services, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Payments already made for the current period are not refundable.

Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through official communication channels.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if services have not started, if Saptabit is unable to deliver as agreed, or in cases of duplicate payments.

Non-Refundable Services

Custom development work, completed milestones, consultation services, and delivered digital products are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

If a project is cancelled mid-way, refunds will be calculated based on remaining work after deducting completed tasks and operational costs.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days using the original payment method.

Delays & Client Responsibility

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by lack of client feedback, content, approvals, or scope changes.

Policy Changes

Saptabit may update this policy periodically. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
